Janis Lyn Joplin; on January, 19th 1943, Port Arthur, the State of Texas — on October, 4th 1970, Los Angeles) — the vocalist working with a number of collectives in a genre of a blues rock and psychodelic fate. Many consider the greatest vocalist in the history of a rock music.

Early years

Dzhenis Lin Joplin was born on January, 19th, 1943 in Port Arthur, Texas, in a family of the Set of Joplin, working companies Texaco (with the brother and the sister, Michael and Loroj). At school (Thomas Jefferson High School, Port Arthur) Janis was the exemplary pupil, exposed own drawings in local library and as a whole corresponded to norms of public expectations. However girlfriends at it wasn't: it communicated exclusively with guys. One of them, the football player by name of Grant Lajons, also has acquainted her with creativity of Lidbelli, having made the passionate fan of this music. Soon Janis of the beginning and itself to execute a blues. Psychological problems (connected, the core, with excess weight) have begun at teenage age: Janis took hard mockeries of schoolmates and suffered from hatred to itself and world around.
